Why did West Hills create two new vice chancellor positions in these times?

The topic of reorganization has been discussed for almost a full year. The goal of reorganization is to streamline functions at the district level, reduce the number of direct reports to the chancellor, and to identify potential leaders within the district. The cost of this reorganization, at the district and the colleges, was minimal, less than $9,000.>>>Read More

Out of State Players Flock to California Community College Football Programs

Why would anyone pay nearly $200 a unit to enroll in a California community college if the student lives out of the state? In state students pay $26 a unit. If you happen to be an athlete, a football player, you might be willing to flock to the Golden State and continue your athletic career.
